Demonstrating Value for Consultants

The Demonstrating Value Initiative is most effective when organizations have the chance to participate in group and one-on-one coaching sessions. We offer this service to social enterprises directly and in partnership with organizations and individual consultants.

Consultants that work with us come from a variety of backgrounds:

• Strategic and business planning -  Consultants with expertise in this area benefit from the structure and process of Demonstrating Value in the planning process. 
• IT systems (financial, HR, fundraising, CRM, etc.) - By using the Demonstrating Value Lenses Framework, consultants can clearly articulate what systems they need and why - keys to a successful implementation.
• Evaluation - Demonstrating Value is a great complement to processes such as Social Return on Investment (SROI) and program evaluation.  

Consultant registration 

DVI is currently developing a list of registered Demonstrating Value facilitators

The benefits of registration includes the promotion of your consulting practice on our website, and potential referrals through DVI.  To be a registered facilitator, please submit a Demonstrating Value Snapshot and Information Blueprint that you have developed.  We will provide feedback on the submission, and your registration will be based on whether the Snapshot and Blueprint have been completed in accordance with the intents of the tools. If you want to be recommended for work specifically with social enterprises, we also ask you to demonstrate sector experience and knowledge.
