In this one hour webinar held and recorded on September 26, 2011, you will learn how to develop a Performance Snapshot that can help you make decisions more easily, plan for the future, and show your value to the community. The webinar will combine both instruction on what to do, and the experience of the Trail Skills Centre, who developed a Performance Snapshot for their social enterprise, the Right Stuff.
